Are you thinking about buying a home, but not sure how to get started?  You're not sure if you can qualify for a loan in today's market?  This class will help prepare you to become a successful homeowner!  The workshop will cover everything you need to know to purchase a home:  how to determine if you can afford it, how to find a loan and how to work with realtors, appraisers and lenders.
 
Find out if you qualify for down payment assistance or special loan programs or new tax credit programs that are available.
 
By completing this class, you'll earn a certificate that could help you qualify for down payment assistance or special loan programs.  The class also includes a comprehensive workbook that will help you plan the home buying process.  You can also qualify to receive a free copy of your credit report.

Esta clase le dará información sobre cómo saber si usted puede pagar esa casa, cómo encontrar un préstamo adecuado y cómo trabajar con agentes inmobiliarios. Al finalizar esta clase, se le entregará un certificado que le ayudará a calificar para obtener asistencia para el pago inicial de su futuro hogar o para programas especiales de préstamos inmobiliarios.

Usted recibirá un libro gratuito que le ayudará a planificar el proceso de compra de su hogar. Este libro es gratuito y en español pero los profesores hablarán en inglés durante el taller.

También se dará información sobre préstamos bancarios, cómo buscar la mejor casa para usted, los préstamos hipotecarios y mucho más.
